Are you serious? Being a zebra would suck! Your whole life would be one big identity crisis, trying to figure out the answer to that age-old "white with black stripes, or black with white stripes" question. I'd probably be a lion. Fits my personality.
If I get to choose what I want to be though, I'd say some sort of cool bird... Maybe a green talking parrot, like the one from the Pirates of the Caribbean movies.

A groundhog. Just because there's a holiday named after them. (Just learned this recently btw.) Oh, and because they're creepy looking, I'd like to scare some people that way.

A cat or snow leopard. So gracreful and powerful. Cats rule the roost but I like the enigma surrounding snow leopards because they're so secretive and hard to find. A cat has it easy though, lazing around all day.

The pen is mightier than the sword...and considerably easier to write with.
