i'm having a hard time looking for the name of this manga

Its about a love motel or shop which is passed down to a virgin girl ..and i think the motel is originally from her father or something.. and it is also about the relationship of this girl and a guy. And then there are people who gossip about how can a virgin take charge of a love motel so on and so for.

well..i'm so sorry i can't give more information as i've only read the first few pages. BUT i hope someone who knows a similar manga like that can help me!
