We''ll at least the last page did it for me. I was wondering if that's all ulquiorra's release form was, just the wing and a mask makes it boring for me but he transformed in the last page. Maybe tite's also not satisfied with ulquiorra's first released form. I now say his form is damn fierce, very fierce. Grimmjow's form is sleek and cool but ulquiorra seemed scarier, dark and again as i said fierce.

Now i'm wondering what's the true form of the other top 3 espadas would be like. This fight could be long and tedious unless hollow ichigo comes out. I think tite will let us see the near death experience of ichigo before we can see hollow ichigo but i'm keeping my fingers crossed for the sake of those including me who are hungry and desperate to see the vaizards' fight. Just get on with it tite, will you??

That actually sounds possible, typical but it can and may as well happen. But I really doubt Inoue can die (as much as I may want her to) if she can revert time for others why not for her. We still haven't really seen the depth of her powers only Aizen knows what she can really do as of now. I did hear somewhere that her powers have to do with that phoenix looking thing (from back in SSarc) I very much doubt it though. 🙄

I believe the typical response. A stimulus outside the control of Ichigo will show itself and he'll power up. Maybe Orihime gets hurt or he grows too weak after a prolonged battle to withhold his hollow self. It's dumb, yeah, but it's your typical shounen quality. What do the three most popular shounen jump mangas have in common? They all rely on dense, naive underdogs as main characters, who REFUSES to grow a pair of a balls unless under strict circumstances. "Oh My god! My friend's in trouble! Maybe I should stop getting my ass handed to me and grow a set! Wait-They just dropped-SUPER BANKAI LEVEL 3!" Crazy Japanese manga artists, when will you learn we crave coolness.

There was so much to look deeper into,like ichigos eyes(shirosaki?),Ishidas monologue,and hey,did anybody else think of religious symbolism on page 10?
And of course,there are Ulqis motives,Ulqi loosing his cool,Ulqis despair ( i at first thought his new release was the result of despair he experienced) These last 7 chapters,Ulqi was the most interesting character to me,with him seeming to be more and more humanlike.Someone who seemed to be the typical calm emotionless villain,turned out to be a talkative(come on,hes quite chatty isnt he?xD),curious(concerning humans,its pretty obvious that he wants to know what a heart is,or why they keep believing or dont want to give up)and all in all really complex character.

Gah~too bad the seven sins are over >.<
I just dont hope it jumps to the others next chapter though

It has its own pace,its kubos style "wasting" pages to create a proper atmosphere,if you dont like it as is dont read it for a while and pick it up later.

I agree, Bleach is an action manga. Battling and asskicking, whether it be the good guys or bad guys receiving the foot, makes up the majority of the scenes. So, to call a scene which is purely moved forward by action through fighting pointless is inane. Because a scene lacks some revolutionary new plot twist or surprise does not make it pointless--not when that's the premise of the entire plot. Anyway. The Buildup is taking a long time this for this arc, yeah, sure, but the future is more promising for sights of new bankais as the Espada fight off with Protection Captains, the Vizard are going to be involved, they've already stated so, and we may even catch a glimpse of the Zero Division, after all, they're the Royal Guard. If the King's in trouble, it's partly their responsibility. And Ulq' is devastatingly powerful, on the other hand, he has to be defeated--at least temporarily-for the plot to move forward. So the fans are guaranteed to see something amazing in the way he's defeated.

Honestly, I am still trying to figure this out. We have 6 villains left fighting the captains. We have yet to see bankai from these captains, plus the vizards are still supposed to show up. And, maybe even the king's guard. How are these 6 guys supposed to fight all of them. There have to be some more villains out there somewhere...right?

Also, when he first saw Ichigo, Ulquiorra said that Ichigo had much more spiritual pressure than Ulquiorra. Of course that means that we have yet to see Ichigo's true power, but does Orihime have to be in danger every single time for him to tap into that power? It's getting a little old.

In the 17 weeks I've stopped reading Bleach, the plot has STILL just been limping along. Well, at least next week seems interesting with Emospada fully released.

And Isn't Ulquiorra the type of person who just does their job quickly and efficiently instead of toying around? He had two chances to cut off Ichigo's head in this chapter, but he just decided to either stare at him or start flapping his gums when those chances came up. He's going through character derailment as fast as that Heinrich Schultz from Eyeshield 21.

Oh, and Ichigo got his ass beat. 🤣

I actually really liked this Bleach chapter. I'm really wondering what will happen when Ishida bring's Inoue outside the dome. It has to be something truly major if it made Ishida regret doing it. I don't think she'll just die, something else besides her dying has to happen. lol, maybe Ichigo will go berserk and kill Inoue.

And as a reply to others, I really don't think that Bleach is going downhill, this is really just Tite's style.

Comparing Bleach to One Piece and Naruto, Bleach has bigger panels which make the action more appealing. One Piece brings something new every chapter, since it's panels are smaller, and i really like that about it, but Bleach missing that doesn't bother me that much. Naruto is a kind of mix between the 2, lol.

I don't know about you guys, but Bleach is not looking too great for a while now. And although Ulquiorra's released formed on the last page of this chapter is somewhat cool, his Batman like attire from before always makes me laugh.

Dammit! Where is the awesome Bleach I loved?!

Back on subject, I think that either Orihime and Ishida, one of the Vizards or ever better, Keigo, Tatsuki, and Mizuiro might save Ichigo from being killed (Remember when those 3 were there when Ichigo, Chad, and Ishida left for Hueco Mundo? And if I remember correctly, Kisuke hinted about some training for them.)
