Shut-in goes back to school to watch over a girl

Hey guys, I'm trying to find something I read a few years ago on batoto and I remember it only had a few chapters translated back then. If I recall correctly, it was about a shut-in guy in his early twenties who gets asked to go back to high school to investigate over a girl and I think she was supposed to be his sister.
I vaguely recall that they promise to tell him information about his mother and that his family was supposed to be dead, with a scene showing him at funerals. He looks like a normal person and was supposed to be smart, neither looking like a shut-in nor acting asocial.
