For kaze no stigma, since raws are currently not available, its kinda stalled atm.

Basically, the Jap raws are all of a very good quality(tank scans), and chinese raws are decent(like most chinese raws, but perfectly readable).

Well, translators have to be fluent in either of the languages and be able to translate it into decent english. You'll have to be dedicated, if you don't have time, or if you will just translate 1 chapter, and then disappear on me, don't bother replying.

Mmm... thats about it.... first time I'm recruiting translators to help me... haha...
