hi, do you guys still need a proofreader or a quality checker? or am I too late 😕 I can also be a chinese->english translator, but my chinese is not that great so..ya. 🤢

Oh wow, it's Summer and so little applicants >_< Guess they're all on vacation T^T

Basically, I'm recruiting J->E,C->E translators, Scanners, and most important of all, editors[Cleaners]!! 😛

Right now, I really need editors for a couple of our future projects, like our joints with Starry Heaven chuckles (: And some of our active projects like Chocolate Cosmos, because our editor is going on vacation for 5 weeks, the one who was supposed to edit chapter 6. 🙁

I could be a Typesetter and a Japanese->English Translator if you still need them.

I wouldn't say that I am an experienced cleaner but I have been training a lot and although I am sloppy on some redrawing, I don't think I'm too bad... but maybe I have only been working on easy scans...... lool Anyway, I am willing to work for your scanlation group if you will have me as I love cleaning manga...

lol. Well for starters, we only need Editors & Translators currently, so I'll only give you descriptions of those (:

Editors = Does both the cleaning and typesetting job. Cleaning = Clean all the text from the scan, except for SFX, that is if you're willing to clean those. Typesetting = Typeset the English translations onto the scan.

Translators = I need Chinese Translators or Japanese ones. xD Translators are ones that translate from one particular language(Chinese or Japanese) to English. 🤣

Well the reason that I asked is because I want to help, but I don't know much about how to scan manga. I'm kind of new to the manga community. I can't read japanese or chinese, but if I understand correctly all an editor has to do is get rid of the the chinese/japanese writing and then type the english in? If that's all they have to do I guess I could give it a try. Maybe.

You can do editing if you have the editing program called Photoshop, GIMP, or maybe even possibly Paintshop. 🙂
