I have just discovered that there are two one-shots set in the Incan empire: the first one, titled "Flower of ice", is about the girl who'll become known as the mummy "Juanita" and the second one, titled "Aclla in tears", is about Quispe Sisa also known as Inés Huaylas Yupanqui, an Incan princess that was married to Francisco Pizarro during the Spanish conquest of Peru.
They seem interesting, especially the first one, and I hope they're based on well-done researches and they'll get translated in English at least.
I think Precolumbian Peruvian civilizations deserve more attention and more depictions based on faithful historical and archeological studies by media.
PS: I'm still angry at the studio that made the anime "Nazca" because they got everything about the Incas and the Nazcas wrong.
