This may not be much to work on but I'm looking for a BL/ Yaoi manga with this one particular scene/ panel.

When the uke asked why did the seme kiss him, the seme cups the uke' face and replies "cos you are too precious to not kiss."

These words have been stuck in my head for awhile now & it's driving me nuts 🤢 (I totally regret not screenshotting it). I'm pretty sure the manga was updated/ uploaded to myreadingmanga this year.
