I did a search for the letters you see in English and came up with
Yebisu Celebrities.

It looks like it might be the right one.

But I don't see that manga listed here. O_o

I thought the art difference might just be a first volume to later volume difference. Art sometimes changes. You could be right though. I thought I'd try. Maybe someone who can read it can help.

I believe that's Kisaragi Hirotaka's Uchi no Tantei Shirimasen ka?. I think it's the secondary couple. I'll try to find my copy to double-check.

Edit: Yep, that's it. That image is used as the color page in the volume.
