Looking for a manga i on found here a year ago but can't find.

The manga has a man arriving on some island where a group of naked tribe-looking women with their faces covered with masks live. There is also this being that goes around killing these women too, so it maybe a murder mystery.

Lastly, the cover image when searching is black and white showing one of these women too.
