Its about this scientist(called something else in the manga i believe) but he cant talk loud so he uses this device with sharp teeth to speak louder. Also hes dying and in order for him to live he has keep drinking the blood of the monsters(or some type of medicine) like every 24 hours or he'll die. In the one shot, he saves this girl and their sister from a monster.
