I'm really wanting to reread this manga i read but i totally don't remember the title so its like this
-i cant remember how they met but the uke and seme are living together very happily

-but then the seme gets jealous or something and the uke starts getting suppper stressed out

-the uke works in construction and forgets to fasten his harness and falls

-when he wakes up in the hospital he has amnesia and goes back home with the seme when he gets out instead of going with his sister
