-In Romance Mangas- If the drawings are really sloppy or it looks like there's no effort into it
-When the main character always say the same repeatative speeches
-When in a action or in a combat battling that one GIRL that also cries/whines/needs saving lol 😛
-When the Author doesn't do a good job explaining to what's going on
-I'm picky with art....
-If the main character in a shoujo is clumsy/whining/crying who's trying to get the popular "cool/perfect/player."
-I hate it when popular/player guy treats the girl like shit most of the time and the nice guy does everything for her and then the popular/player guy does one little "nice" or "love" thing the main girl falls him and ends up with him 🙁 Goo nice guys!!! lol 😀

It's a short list but powerful:

Regarding scantalations:

  1. The scantalation group is playing hide and seek with the releases. I love Crimson Spell but jumping through hoops to get it. Just no. Call me when it's over.
  2. WATERMARKS EVERYWHERE. I know you don't want people to steal but REALLY? Posting it with a ton of watermarks only makes me, the reader who isn't going to upload it anywhere and wants to tell her friends about this great manga she found by this awesome group, just want to drop the manga.

Regarding Characters

  1. Stupid weepy protags- doesn't matter if it's girl or guy, I just hate that type. The only redemption they have with me is a sadistic!partner or they eventually change.
  2. Cute sidekick/pet- Just like people hate The Scrappy, I really dislike the inclusion of the sidekick or cute pet. It's most of the reason why I am not into KHR.
  3. Massive Cast- some, like Uso Liliy can pull off a massive cast. Others, not so much. If instead of furthering the plot of the main characters you just introduce more and more characters then I am done until the manga finishes.

Regarding Plot/the manga itself

  1. REALLY long ongoing mangas- I don't mind pulling all nighters to read a huge manga [FMA- 3 nights and bookoo chapters. You do the math] but if it's already pretty big and still going...yeah, call me when it finishes. I mean manga over 100 chapters.
  2. Shojous with dragged out love triangles- it's so cliche and will have me dropping that manga so damn fast
  3. Sexual tension for no reason- Just cut the UST AND F*** ALREADY DAMMIT.
  4. tagged 'smut' but no explicit sex- this is more of a MU problem but if you tag a series with 'smut' I expect sex. Explicit sex. Not the hide the sausage crap that Okane Ga Nai pulls in it's OVA. Real sex.

/steps off soapbox

Generic harem, even if the idea for the manga seems interesting at the beginning, it will be ruined for me if the male protagonist is the centre of a love polygon full of "super" girls each with a different trait... bother me to no end to see a manga which have full chapters of poor "fanservise", make me sick to the gut.

Young marriage. On the first chapter.
It's pretty terrifying, who really thinks of marriage at teen? :c

Main character too much of a coward and doesn't change(no development).
Main character is female unless it's a good read.
Main heroine is wishy washy and hurts the hero in everything she does.
NTR >_>
Art style like bio omega not so often but is a factor.

My Great Grandmother, My Grandma , My Mom and a LOT of teenagers that had sex with no protection and then have a Shotgun weeding. It's actually extremely common in this age and it was even more common back in the 20´ to 50´ to be married at 16 for women and 18 for men, it is not that fantastic actually.

When there are too many words for the pictures. Like when they make one picture says 2 freaking paragraphs....or when they have to explain every single thing in an fight like...."This guy will never win...wait? Why is his power aura is so strong? Impossible!!!...but the enemy's power aura! Impossible his is just as strong! But wait this guy is even stronger!" and they just keep doing that like 20 times per fight.....such a turn off...just show the fricking fight!

Oops, pardon me. I wasn't thinking back to the past decades. I wasn't too aware..
But yes it is common.. I just hate seeing it in mangas with teens of the current decade being introduced to marriage without knowing anything of the characters, just those circumstances.

Lol I still hate it in mangas.

Weak female leads in shoujo or josei manga. When I read one of these manga, I want a heroine that I can look up to, not one who's stupid, cries all the time, and in constant need of a man to save her

the constant need to hook weak male leads up with harem or strong beautiful female leads, its so far from reality it hurts, what annoys me even more is when that charecter panics when a girl comes on to him and he freaks out and she isn't put off by him doing that WTF? (sorry ranted there a bit) I just hate more then anything weak male leads

Crybaby cliches, love at first sight while the guy couldn't care less or something along those lines, moaning about 'he doesn't like me' that goes on forever. Lessee..as for the rest...I hate it when there's no plot going anywhere. As for weak female leads...please grow. If only a tiny, tiny bit. Oh, who am I kidding. (I like Black Bird)

Plotless, pointless harem, stupid fanservice. Average guy (not counting Rosario + Vampire, 'cause it's good) turning out to be this super strong hero fighting, invincible. No character growth.

I can get past bad art, but if the story line and dialogue sucks, I chuck it into my literary furnace.

When the manga no longer makes sense. I can forgive weird art with shoujo big-ass eyes, insecure and selfish characters, karmic injustice but when it gets to a point where the story is just too still unrealistically impossible, I'll drop it. I'm really partial against shoujo partly because of that
