Cats talk about Covid-19, people and quarantine. The manga is not long (I guess). But I don't remember the title of manga.

Some mangas/webcomics/comics/Publishers... did their own strips to inform about covid.
I remember a similar one to what you describe.
I can only remember webtoon's "Staying Healthy Together" ,but couldn't find one with cats as protagonists. 😕
