the manga i'm looking for is more like a prologue of a Novel. where the main protagonist(?) only had the abilitly to change the color of his eyes. and a messed up heroine(?) who wanted his eyes. quite literally. as she hired another dude with some cutting ability to rip of one - or both - of his eyes.
it's also around 12 chapter long and already finished.
