Adding a summary here:
The story itself is about a girl who is sacrificed by the villagers to a witch. This girl is trying to get away from the witch but bad luck seems to follow her so she gets trapped and brought to the witch’s mansion, hence the title "Welcome to the Red Witch's Mansion".

While the witch tries to make some flirty comments, the girl is so silly and does not understand it. So far, what I could read is that it looks like there’s some kind of misunderstanding or placing blame on the witch about what truly happened at the village.
