It took you this long? 🤣
But man, this chapter was real emotional. Has there ever been a mother in this series that hasn't loved their child? I'm really asking because I don't think there has.

Greaat. Gaara's gonna have a smackdown with his dad in front of all of his subordinates. Yeah, this won't take long-it'll just be full of flashbacks. My only question is: when will Naruto show up and meet everyone again? Is he gonna save sometime this year? As much as I enjoy learning about the other characters; the story is very slow, and starting to drag.

Bah. I liked how the chapter started, with a son vs. dad all-out showdown, but in the end Kishimoto decided to turn the fight into an emotional encounter, which was kind of lame.
And seriously, the fight was waaaay more interesting when it was 2 Kages vs. 4 Zombie-kages as opposed to the 4 zombie-kages vs. 2 kages and their entire freakin' army (which would presumable slaughtered in the next couple of chapter after Gaara and the old kazekage have their emotional chat).

Good question. Now that you bring it up, I can't actually think of a single bad, unloving mother in this series. There's been plenty of bad fathers, however. Seems to me this manga is all about brothers (1st), mothers (2nd), and families in general.
Beginning of the chapter was a textbook case of "success is the best revenge." Good for you, Gaara. I was glad one of Gaara's siblings showed up; it makes the fight more satisfying as a whole family affair.

I got mixt feeling about this chapter... in a way it explained why Gaara he still protected by the sand even without Shukaku but at the same time it changes one of the greatest back story of the manga... it was way cooler when we though that everyone including his mother hated him... it made his story more meaningful... anyway I sure hope this fight of son vs dad does not end next chapter
