Awww... he looks like my Smoochy!
I go away and suddenly the spammers are the mods. Okay, I can adjust to that, but... Gorath?! And what's up with Mam's not being the top poster?

Anyway, can you consider a house plant as a pet? I do. Tell me I'm not the only one who does this. I named my lucky bamboo (the one you keep in water) Choco. 😀

I used to have other plants, but they didn't survive the kids & the cats. 😔

lets see.. .i've got pet fishes and birds before. but my mum let them free... its a long time ago, so i've forgotten why.
we have a lovely doggie for 3-4years now. he's a bichon frise weighing 8-9kg 😁

I kill cacti, so I'm less nurturing than the desert.
Smoochy is short for Goober Smooch, and he does try to kiss you. Oh, and he's a fox squirrel, by the way, but I also have cat squirrels.

Woot~~~I'm not the only one! 😀
Our plants usually die too, the only reason why Choco survived is because he's (I think my plant's a boy) in water already.

Mine is getting eaten by my cats ='( I moved it to my brother's room... I miss it already 🤣

I was close to voting rock- but I don't have any pets- not anymore. Mom found out I was allergic, sooo.. there goes my bunnies. O.x And omg, those are such cute dogs, Mamsmilk! 😲

Cacti thrives on neglect. I found him on top of a dumpster a few years ago (3? 4? not sure...) and took him home, & now he sits on the kitchen windowsill. I water him every few months, accidentally knock him down into the sink once or twice a year, & he's doing fine. 😀
