The topic is kinda vague, but its hard to describe. I can put it perfectly in the description of the manga Cherry.

An epic moment such as in Cherry, at the moment when Kaoru falls out of his motorcycle and at that epic moment, he thought he saw an angel, the love of his life.
I'm looking for a romance, where such a moment exists as the premise of the manga, and the 2 main characters should be very devoted to each other with preferrably little love rivals.
Being cliche is fine to an extent.

100% Perfect Girl will fit nicely but it's a little bit creepy in the middle. You know, jealous guys, one girl 🤣
