Was he like an actual human and when he died got possessed by the god/demon or was he always Wit(can't spell the name). Also is Eruruu a descendant of Mikoto like from her child cause I thought Mikoto and her child both got disassembled?

He was a young scientist from our current time period who discovered something he shouldn't, and got shot for that. The blood splattered over Witsarnemitea's fossil and awakened him.

Witsarnemitea offered to save the dying man by becoming his vessel, but the dying man only wanted to rest. Witsarnemitea entered his body and obligued, entering a deep slumber. Thus the entity that would become Hakuoro was born, both human and god.

And yeah, Eruruu is a descendant of Mikoto, and of Hakuoro as well. Mikoto and Hakuoro's baby wasn't dissected (was still alive; this is stated in the game only) when Witsarnemitea's rage against true humans awakened. Somehow that baby lived on, and the facility door key-turned-to-charm was passed for generations to come, eventually reaching Eruruu as a hair ornament.
