It really depends on the interest of the group scanlating the manga. All of what you listed as far as I know are really not in the popular list so it really depends on the group doing it.
You probbably dont have anything to worry about with Kill me Baby. They are just slow at times with certain projects.

Thank you for your respond that is great about kill me baby but the one I am wondering about the most is Kanamemo its one of my top manga's.

How would anyone but the scanlator know? You should try asking in the right place. If you don't get banned, you might get your answer.

Go to their respective info pages.
Copy down their release dates.
Find out the rate for how often they are released.
