This year's 41st issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine will publish the final chapter of Hiroshi Shiibashi's Illegal Rare manga on September 8. Jump Comics will publish the third volume in October and the fourth volume in November.

I haven't read past Red Hawk's releases but given its rankings it doesn't come across as a surprise (in fact, I called it two months ago: https://www.mangaupdates.com/showtopic.php?tid=46954&page=1#post646780).
Can't say I'm too sad to see it go, since from what I read it wasn't particularly good. But I did like Nura so I hope the author's next series turns out to be more successful.
