Sometime overusing pain medication can worsened headache. Maybe have her go off on pain medication and see the doctor again to prescribe proper medication for headache.

Hope she gets better :/

One cause of headache that took me a long time to realize is dehydration. I can be dehydrated enough to develop a migraine without being dehydrated enough to get thirsty. My body can be dumb. As it took me very long to realize it was simple dehydration, I have had many many migraines over the years, and here are my drugs of choice:

Zeroth is water to stay hydrated.
First and foremost, ibuprofen (advil / motrin). It is the safest drug out of all of these and should be your first one to go to if the headache is mild.
Second is acetaminophen (tylenol). This is much more dangerous than ibuprofen so make sure you follow the directions; quite frankly this should be a prescription drug but it has been OTC for so long that that probably will never happen. Add this if the headache is moderate.
Third is diphenhydramine (benadryl). This is an OTC sleep medication, and is relatively safe but you should still make sure to follow the directions closely. Take this in addition to the other two medicines for severe headaches.

Desperation knows no bounds, so ask away! And, I think I can give some help as a headache and migraine prone person.

What will work entirely depends on the type of headache. Since your post implied that this has been going on for a while, I'm assuming that you're not suffering from a dehydration headache (if you are then the solution should be obvious). For sinus headaches: decongestants (if you can handle adrenaline, if not then try steam, like from the shower or a pot of boiling water, although it won't be as effective). For tension headaches, the best way to handle them is to treat the tension, which depends on what works for you personally (if the tension takes a long time to fade, then you might want to supplement with a painkiller). If you are suffering from cluster headaches or migraines, assuming they're not being caused by some kind of illness, then you basically only have painkillers and what ever makes you personally more comfortable.

As for what painkillers: I've found that Excedrin Extra Strength works well much of the time (note that it contains both aspirin and caffeine, so use it accordingly). Aspirin usually isn't a bad thing (I know some doctors are on a crusade against it, but there's a reason the operative word is "some" ), however, it might not be strong enough and taking too much / for too long will thin your blood (why heart patients often take it). And if aspirin is entirely off the table or if it's a tension headache that you're trying to kill, the best thing is usually ibuprofen (it's especially good for muscle pains). Try to avoid taking too much Tylenol, unless you want liver problems, however, it works well as a booster for aspirin or ibuprofen (talk to your doctor first, obviously).

Hope my advice helps!

Ibuprofin and LOTS of water help migraines.

(See if she has any hidden tooth problems.
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
I never had migraines until bad teeth met a bad dentist...)

Dehydration and tooth problems are the big triggers, along with hormonal changes.

Strange request, but I see your desperation!
It may be better to rely on acetaminophen (Tylenol, paracetamol, or other name by country), as it's less harsh on the stomach and doesn't create issues with blood clotting/ulcers, which is why I'm guessing you want medications without aspirin or its derivatives (ibuprofen and naproxen). Aspirin and ibuprofen/naproxen should not be taken together! Acetaminophen however, can cause liver damage, so it has to be used sparingly.
Headaches and migraines have a number of causes. Dehydration, sleep deprivation, too much blue light or LED light, stress, even certain foods. Caffeine can help, or cause headaches too. Cutting out frequent staring at screens can help, get a good night's sleep, maintain a healthy diet, and drink water. That being said, age, genetics, and even your sex makes people more prone to headaches. If it becomes a big problem, say 5+ headache days a week lasting over 2 hours, you may have to move onto prescription strength medications such as "triptans" or other daily medication. Sometimes it even takes intravenous-strength medication to stop headaches.
While I am only speaking from my own personal knowledge of headaches/migraines, you and your mom really need a consult with a neurologist who specializes in headache and migraine management to get to the bottom of what's going on.
Sorry for the long post. I'm a nurse who has treated individuals with migraines, and I have them too. I wish you and your mom all the best and hope you find relief. Please consult the emergency room if your, or your mother's headaches are accompanied by vomiting, extreme lethargy, trouble walking, and trouble speaking!

Thanks a lot for the advice. It's been so long even my mom considering to do a trepanning/burr hole but i against it and said it's a medieval practice and actually not for headaches. meanwhile it's not severe like when she was young, it's still painful and annoying.
Once again thanks a lot for your advice

That's the thing. We already checked to every specialist and do every medical check. Like mri, ct-scan, endoscopy but no result. Doctor only said to drink warm tea with lemon even worst there is a doctor that said my mom too spoiled just because a "little" headache *sigh.

Not a doctor but I'll just go from experience.

How long has it been since seeing an optometrist? Constant eye strain and astigmatism can result in some massive headaches.

If they seem to be hormonal, consider trying or changing birth control.

For me diet is a large contributor. Recently I discovered that certain food allergies can cause some major recurring headaches, especially preservatives like nitrates or MSG. Try keeping a food journal for a little while. See if you notice any patterns. I personally need extra protein during my headaches.

Also, light exercise may help (not actually during the headache). Lots of inactivity affects the circulation and causes build up of tension. I'm more prone to headaches if I spend lots of time laying around.

An ice pack at the base of my skull can bring relief. Oddly, so can mild brainfreezes.

Last advice, try acupuncture or even a chiropractor. It can do amazing things for some people.

Good luck!
