I am not aware of gay hentai with merman actually....I seen some with tentacles....but that's as close as you can get with nonhuman entity in gay hentai.

well I would defenitely second Junketsu Ningyo - one of my favs ^^

Mister Mermaid is the best of the lot, I think. It's beautiful and poignant, and yes, the story is good.

Sakana no Oujisan - I haven't read this, but the title/cover entices me. I adore mermaids/mermen and stories about the ocean. EDIT: I realized that this author is a smut yaoi author, so there should be enough "action" for you. But isn't the fact that merpeople's lower halves are, um, inaccessible part of their mystique?
