I'm not sure if you guys already know this, but Square Enix has opened their free online manga magazine called (obviously) Gangan Online. It opened two months ago.

Gangan Online features new manga (specifically for Gangan Online) to read online (in Japanese) as well as manga from their other magazines such as Shonen Gangan and Gangan WING. It also features llight novels
