Burn some old documents.
I was cleaning my old stuff today and found old things : college reports, documents regarding college activities (I was quite active back then), old drawings, etc. I kept some, and I threw some (mostly the documents).
Usually, I just put them in the trash bin, but some of them bring memories of my mistakes in the past (plus some old rage), and suddenly I wanted to burn them. When I burned them, somehow I felt relieved, like doing some kind of ceremonial things.(Yeah, I am a quite melancholic person). But the smoke hurts my eye 🤢
Then I used the ashes for my father's plant, he said ashes is good for plants.

For the first time, I didn't scream at someone at work for making a huge mistake and causing a lot of troubles for me to fix the issue.
I think I'm gonna have a heart attack... so angry it hurts...
I'm getting better at not screaming, and today has marked the day when I feel I'm controlling my actions... but it hurts...
