Today, for the first time in my life, I...

had to deal with the dreaded blue screen. 🤢

First time wat?

This thing

Yes, I know, but I had the perception that even
toddlers have experienced it at least 4 times.

Took a cold shower in the morning before returning to sleep.

Ooooh, my mistake, although you could have worded it better. 😛
Guess I'm fortunate in that regard, even the desktop, which is well over 5 yrs old, has never shown it.

Today, for the first time in my life, I...

Picked a lock.

I set out to pick the lock on my room door. I actually had it picked in about 20 seconds on my first try, but since its a deadbolt, it required a stupid amount of torque to pull the bolt back, so I thought I didn't have it. 70 minutes and dozens of tries later I felt like an idiot.

Edit:
Today (also), for the first time in my life, I disassembled and fixed a Deadbolt lock.

Ends up that if you accidentally pick a lock that's already unlocked, the tumblers get caught, blocking the key from being inserted, and the cylinder locks up.

Today, for the first time in my life, I woke up with hiccups. 10 minutes later and I still have them.

I tried those Pumpkin Spice Latte that everyone I know and their mother, is raving about. I don't get the hype :\

I walked through a closed door.

I wasn't paying attention and thought the door was open, and kept walking (I has a brisk walk btw). Turns out the door was very cheap and very old, so I walked right through it.

Doors are expensive. Don't walk through them.

For the first time in a long time I've felt a little jealous and with a bit of possessiveness. It's honestly ridiculous.

I agree. Emotions are for losers.

I thought people would stop calling me Lala by now.

Anyway, what did you say?

I thought people would stop calling me Lala by now. I have no idea what happened. Something extremely simple just sparked it.

Anyway, what did you say?

Old habits die hard, I guess.

Told her that her college level course was the equivalent to my 6th grade keyboarding class when she failed me on the mid term for completely answering a question in two sentences. "If you don't have more than one sentence to write, pick something else." she said. After which I accosted her counting ability and nicely asked her to reconsider my grade. >.> I wasn't a happy camper that day.

Well it was yesterday, but I didn't get home until 1am 🤣

For the first time ever, I went to a gig. It was Green Day.

Yes. They were effing amazing.

I was one of the first 50 to get in, so I was right at the barriers. It was squishy, but worth it. They were so close!

It lasted nearly 3 hours. It hurts when I speak because I was shouting and screaming so much 🤣

I sat in the back of a cargo van and had this silent conversation with the woman driving behind me.
