Waited for 1 hour in the blowing snow in 10°F (-15°C?) temperatures for a bus without calling a taxi. I usually wait 10 minutes for my bus, but it was late by 50-ish minutes. People don't know how to drive when it snows. >.> Happens EVERY year.
