I made a small chrome extention for the Reading List page.

It counts how many unread chapters you have across many series and shows how many you're up-to-date as well.
It also adds a Unread: x indicating how many chapters you're behind in each series on your list.

Also, it adds a few sorting options for each (except With Priority) Sort List option you select.

-Alphabetically:
You can now sort A->Z and Z-A

-Rating
Ascending or Descending rating

-Average
Ascending or Descending rating

-Latest Release
Ascending or Descending based on the number of unread chapters

-Unread Releases
Ascending or Descending based on the number of unread chapters

Mangaupdates structure changed quite a lot in the past year so the extension stopped working. I'm working on v3 right now so be patient! I'll add a few more features too!

I know it's been a while but i've finished updating my chrome extension to V3.

Here's a little breakdown of the fix + NEW FEATURES!

• All previous features working again
• Enhanced visuals
• Sort by Status (Cancelled, Completed, Hiatus, etc)
• Stats button (shows a screen of general stats of series you're reading: Status (ongoing, completed, etc) Genres (Romance, Comedy, etc) Categories (Based on a Web Novel, Magic, etc)
• Filters button (based on info from Stats, you can filter out anything you like, by Status, Genres, Categories)
• Added a Split Chapter icon to a series name, and allows to track split chapters
