I've been here for 11 of those 14 years. Man I miss the old firefox, when it wasn't the bloated pos it is now today.

The internet protocol was in use for significantly longer--computers talking to each other is all that "the internet" is. But yes, the first actual website, and therefore the point of an "internet browser", was made that late. Actually it was August 1991 that it went live, not 1990.

Remember when it use to be 800 x 600? Those were the days.

Honestly I love the site because they don't move things around and it's so lightweight. Facebook's perpetual load on my old Firefox will crash the browser because it never stops loading and runs out of memory. That's poor design (and I haven't logged on in a month and want to see everything).

Congratulations! I've been reading manga for fun and as a way to understand Japanese culture ever since 2009. For most of that period I could not have found a tenth of the fun and interesting manga I read without consulting Manga-Updates. Thanks so much!

Happy birthday MU!! Been with this site, under one name or another, for well over 10 years. Even in the years where I wasn't reading much manga, I could still rely on MU to keep track of the few series I did read. Thank you guys for keeping this project going.

pls don't make any changes, i love this site current design, youtube, facebook, twitter & many other sites keep making big changes when its already near perfect & i hate it whenever they make unnecessary awful changes...
