[m]I'm looking for the name of this manga I read a long while ago and was hoping someone could help me find it. At the time it only had a few chapters and might not have come out with more. Anyway description of what I remember from it: The Mc is really powerful and summons Feinds for his power which make him look like he's the villain. I’m pretty sure that in it (unless I’m thinking of another one) the government kept all of his power 99% of it sealed away. He could take it back at anytime if he wanted to with only 1% of his power. That was an amazing concept at the time and would like to take a look at it again if someone knows what I'm talking about. Thanks for reading
