I guess if you like main characters choosing the cold guy instead of the friendly guy (a rather popular theme in smut manga)... Also if you liked Midnight Secretary which is by the same mangaka.
(Personally, this wasn't really for me. Of course, I've only read 1 chapter so what do I know? 😛 )
