Its a manga where the uke and seme are going out and living together (I think they've known eachother since the seme was quite young) but not having sex. Uke keeps his bedroom door closed(locked?) whenever he's in there (they have separate bedrooms). He does this because he doesn't think the seme will like his body since he's male. I think the uke might be considering top surgery??
