I tried skimming my iPod for songs that sounded like Peter, Bjorn and John's "Young Folks," but I can't find any with that "boring" voice. I found monotonous singing, but not that "I'm bored" type of voice... Though I think that Kanye West's rapping seems like he's bored out of his mind (as much as I don't like the guy, some of his songs are catchy).

If you're in the US, I suggest you use PANDORA: Music Genome Project and input the song for a search. You can also add a "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" to narrow down the style/type of song you're looking for. Totally free, totally safe, but you have to register an email. Don't worry. You won't get spam from them. 😀

loooool... I decided to try to create a radio station based on The Moldy Peaches "Anyone Else But You" and the first song that pops up is:

Moldy Peaches - "Jorge Regula" (speaking of the OP Moldy Peaches song, did you try listening to the Juno soundtrack? "Anyone Else But You" was used in the movie... you may like some of the tracks on there...)
