I had read this manga a year ago and I can't remember the title of it at all nor the author. Can anyone help me find it?

Description: (Well the parts I can remember) A doctor finds an abandoned kitten meowing next to a box which had a baby in it. At the time it was winter so he quickly takes in the baby. The doctor is known to find lost items and such. One of his brothers adopts the baby and moves away somewhere. Years pass and the doctor forgets about finding the baby. When one day he meets a young boy and has sex with him in his car. The doctor leaves the car to get some food. When he returns the boy is gone. The next day the doctor goes off to meet his brother who just returned to visit and to his surprise and complete shock learns that the boy he did it with was none other than the baby he found on a cold winter evening and who is adopted by his brother........There's more, but my memory got a bit hazy at this point.
