I was browsing for the volume series in eBay and I saw someone is selling volume #14 in Japanese!!!
Apparently, someone from manga fox found that in Amazon also.

Looks like it's a collection of stories that take place during the time Yoh and Haruna are apart when he goes off to college... and the 1st story is actually Enren Debut, which has indeed already been scanlated. And, well, not sure about the other stories included.
