I do not know the name of this song or who sings it. I just occasionally heard it off of a website I used to visit and always wondered about it. I recorded it from the site and uploaded it if it will help anyone identify it for me.

Fairyland by Ayumi Hamasaki. Though I doubt it's the theme song for any animes.
