I'm looking for, I guess, a mock romance, a reverse harem series that tosses a cog in the wheel & mostly plays down the romance for the sake of comedy. The girl should be really strange.

Examples:
*Watashi ga Motete Dousun da: The protagonist is a fujoshi, she has put all her suitors into the Friend Zone & ships them together. One of her suitors is a drag king. The guys force themselves to be friends because she's the hottest girl in school & the series focuses heavily on character development & evolution.

*Yamato Nadeshiko Shichihenge: The protagonist is gothy & bipolar. The guys hired to turn her into a proper lady think she's creepy AF.

*Gokusen: Only barely qualifies as reverse harem, but she does have multiple guys interested in her. The lead lady is a tomboy yakuza heiress doubling as a teacher in a school for delinquents.

I'm also open to harem-like bromances, like Kyou Karah Maou, where it's not actually romantic at all, but the whole all-male cast seems to revolve around sucking up to one particular guy, or maybe like Hetalia, Saiyuki, Arsulaan Senki, GetBackers, Cute High Earth Defense Club Love, & Free! where it's a total sausagefest that focuses on rivalry & friendship.

I second rhin33's recommendations. Other than those, maybe Hiiro Ouji. The female lead isn't exactly strange, but she does start off trying to capture/kill one of the guys.

You might also like the Heart no Kuni no Alice series. The guys consider the female lead to be strange for their world.
