I'll trust anybody after a liter or two of cheap sake. Without it, I only trust myself.

I can trust close friends, but not family. Almost EVERYONE trusts me that i know for some reason and I'm always stuck between huge secrets.

It's not that I trust everybody, I just trust "The Power That Be" to do what's best for me no matter what stupid/dangerous situation I land myself in. What's the point in believing in God if you don't believe He'll take care of you?
In my mind, trust is something lost, not given. So, when I meet you, I trust you. If you do somethings stupid (like talk behind my back, or sleep with my best friend while going out with another good friend), I won't trust you an inch and it will take you an eternity to get my trust back (if you even can...I trust easily, but I also hold grudges easily).

Well, I keep telling myself not to trust anybody, not even my family or close friends. But being the stupid person I am, I always forget and end up saying something or doing something I should not. I regret it every single time, because it gets out sooner or later (what I said or what I did) or the person I confided in uses it against me. Seriously, I am so inattentive that I end up trusting people automatically, and something bad always comes out of it. I really have to work on the whole, "Trust Nobody" thing...

[I know I should trust my family at least, but I already tried doing that and it FAILED.] 😔

Do you know what people did in the old days when they had secrets they didn't want to share?

They'd climb a mountain, find a tree, carve a hole in it, whisper the secret into the hole and cover it up with mud. That way, nobody else would ever learn the secret...

More than the ones I like, yes. The thing with enemies are that they really are ENEMIES. You can trust them to be enemies and do enemish things to you so even though it can be scary it is actually more safe like that. YUP!
