So I read in a review that this manga is not a harem.
Well I read Negima and I'd be pretty surprised if that was true. I'm not saying it's a bad thing (I rather dislike harem genre). I haven't read much of this manga ( I started it but when to read Negima first)
So it is gonna be some Touta X Evangeline? Or is it a full blown harem?

I'm confused by what you said here. Negima is definitely a harem. Basically everything by Ken Akamatsu is harem
