What it says on the tin!
That said, while I'm open to anything great, there are certain things that I enjoy more than others. None of these are required, but certainly would be great!
- romance (even better if they don't just get together right at the very end)
- interesting entourages
- enemies to friends (doesn't have to be with the ojou)
I realize there are different kinds of ojous, and I'm sort of leaving things open ended on purpose.
Also, ideally only happy endings...

Definitively recommend Ojojojo. Also:
Houjou Urara no renai shousetsu o kaki nasai!
Chuusotsu Worker kara Hajimeru Koukou Seikatsu (slightly grim one)
Hiiragi-sama wa Jibun o Sagashite Iru. I love this author
