Hello! I can't remember the title of this manga(if I remember):
All I remember was that the seme had to move back to the country side to help his father who is kind of too old to work on the farm so he resigns from his workplace to help his father. The seme has a boyfriend who works at the same place. The Ike doesn't quit but he does follow after the seme to the farm to help out. In the end the Ike bought a house near the countryside and they both live there. The seme works on his fathers farm as the uke commutes to work at his workplace. The seme's family really likes the uke too. The uke occasionally help out at the farm as well.
