There are fewer artists I admired and interesting in collect their printed works. I know they are in Japanese, it doesn't matter as long as have them in my hand would to my heart's content ^__^
So I wonder if I can get them? Or do I have to go over Japan to get them?

It depends entirely on what you're after. Plenty of H-manga have official English releases and are for sale in places like Amazon and the like.
