With a quick google search, I think it is from Daomu Biji (In Chinese 盗墓笔记). I'm guessing it is just a fanart (I guess the name of the pairing is 瓶邪 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o4Ui4YpFAmQ). It could be something else, because I don't know Chinese or Vietnamese, but I really think it is just a fanart... that book series is really famous (so it would be like finding a... Harry Potter and Malfoy fanart? Anyway...).

the picture reminds me of Makoto and Haru from Free
edited: i listened to the songs from dalek's post and I see the 2 characters in it. so it's not from Free manga/anime. Now i'm curious about the english name of this.

The English fandom honestly just calls it Daomu or Daomu Biji and the English graphic novel for it is just Daomu. I know there are a few spotty English translated comic chapters floating around for the original comic, if you are feeling ambitious but the author of the original novels and the artist had a fight so it was cancelled.
