I definitely prefer Natsu x Lucy over Natsu x Erza. Natsu and Erza are too much like siblings to me.

Natsu and Lucy. LisannaxNatsu are the most boring paring I ever seen to be honest... Lisanna seems to be lacking something :/. I don't find her annoying though, she is like a what a boy ever wanted for a gf. But to be honest, lisanna doesn't look good/cute with Natsu. But in the other hand, Natsu and Lucy have chemistry with each other. 😀 It doesn't matter if it's cliche or not, Couplings like Natsu and Lucy will never get old!

And it doesn't matter who makes the first move or not, but I know (or at least hope) it will happen. They don't have to be "mature" to realize it. Just because Lisanna is obviously in love with Natsu, doesn't mean he is in love with Lisanna. But having her back can be the first step to NatsuxLucy romance! 😃

So she should just go find some other guy. Childhood past will and should stay as the past, right now it's the present. 😛 This is the first time I got worked up for anime couplings.
