I encountered this manga scan page while searching the net 5 years ago. While trying to search for it again for me to post it here as a guide, the site was deleted...so I had to rely on my memory. These are the clues that I can remember: 😕

1. The manga is about a DETECTIVE AGENCY.
2. The main character is a MALE DETECTIVE, and with an assistant..
3. The male character is also a MASTER OF DISGUISE.
4. One of his disguises was a FEMALE PATIENT IN A HOSPITAL GOWN.
5. Both himself and his assistant disguised themselves. The boy as a GIRL while the girl as a BOY.
6. It isn't LUPIN III.
7. Finally, I just came across some manga scans of itself.
