Ok, Now i have try to understand whats what, but i don't think i got it all,
So can someone be nice and tell me what all the Manga General is and what they mean.. ( Sry for ask this noobs Q, but i Relly won't to know )

Ok look, manga general, means as in global discussion about manga. And I don't know what you expected, but it doesn't have anything to do with the military rank (general).
So you can start threads about manga in general in this sub-forum.
There are a good number of other sub-forum for different topics, mainly chatter box, for totally random unrelated stuff (that doesn't fit in any other category). Every manga series also have it's own related sub-forum.
There is a sub-forum for Shonen/ seinen and shoujo/josei, adult etc...
Anyway, you are not supposed to start this kind of thread here. So excuse me if I'm going to lock it.
If you need anymore info just PM ok?
Edit: or you know what I'm not going to lock it... maybe some other forumers might help you more than me...
