Is "report" broken?

I was trying to report a topic so that something could be done about it, but it seems there's some sort of bug with it? Google Chrome gave me an error. "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS"
I already cleared my cookies, so... Maybe it's not an issue with my browser?
