Komamura is such a badass. It's a shame his part in all this is just crushing one of the fraccion, I'd have liked to see him take on an actual Espada. Regardless, it was cool seeing him in action again. Good to see Ikkaku's not dead either, I guess.

Can't wait to see what's up next.

@da1n0nly, doubt ikkaku used his bankai.. probably too scared that someone would see it.

aww, i wanted them to exchange blows. since the guy was bragging about his punching power, i wanted the cap to be all like "You call that a punch? this is a punch!" and then decimate him.

A good chapter but I'm hopeing things will move forward a little faster now maybe get to the real battles and back to Ichigo soon. I love that bankai though its just to damn cool

i liked it but was a little disappointed a Captain had to make his move at this point. especially on Fraccion, regardless of it's size. (yes i also agree i thought he had a whale theme going on too). if anything it would've been better to see Ikkaku or at least Iba try to take him down IMO. cause the fact that a Fraccion had to force a Captain out, doesn't spell anything good for how they might end up dealing with the remaining Espada.

Hurray for all of the fracciones finally being taken down. It'd be a shame to see that Komamura's ban kai consists solely of an armored giant, which is awesome but kind of lame... Hopefully it's finally time for someone big (captain, vaizards, espada, urahara and co.) to make their move.

This chapter was pretty good. I'm glad Komamura came back and beat that fraccion's ass and not look like weak just like he did in Soul Society. It was kinda weird how he referred himself to a man in the last page. Was he using it as a figure of speech, or was he being literal with that line, because I thought that he was an anthropomorphic fox...

And is it just me, or does Komamura's Bankai monster have the weakest sword ever in manga and anime history? I thought that swords were supposed to SLICE through things, not CRUSH them...
