Okay, seriously wondering, because I've seen it on certain women irl, and have always wondered what it's called. Especially since I've been told people have though up a name and fetish for pretty much everything under the sun. In the picture I'll try to attach, you'll notice the area between the womans breasts, which has a slight lip (flap may be more accurate but also more crude... and with an unnecessary negative connotation) to it, possibly do to the size of her breasts and the way they are spread.

My question is, what is this called in both the common vernacular, and the scientific?
